Upcoming Elections
November 5, 2024 General Election
The polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Whitewater Township Hall, 5777 Vinton Rd, Williamsburg, on Tuesday, November 5, to cast a ballot in the General Election.
Voters may also vote by absent voter ballot (which may be requested by contacting the Clerk's office or by filling out an online application at https://mvic.sos.state.mi.us/avapplication.
A new option available for state and federal elections is EARLY VOTING. Early Voting means that you can obtain a ballot in person during a special 9-day period in advance of the regular Election Day. You can vote it on the spot and feed it into a tabulator. Below are the place, dates, and times that you can EARLY VOTE for the General Election.
Place: East Bay Township Hall, 1965 N. Three Mile Rd, Traverse City (west of the Oleson's store on Hammond Rd). Entrance to the township hall is on Three Mile Rd.
Dates: Saturday, October 26, and continuing EACH DAY through Sunday, November 3.
Times: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on each of the above days.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT EARLY VOTING: VOTERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER TO VOTE AT THE EARLY VOTING SITE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE REGISTERED TO VOTE BEFORE TRAVELING TO THE EARLY VOTING SITE.
